AI Robotic Massage Equipment Costs in Malaysia: A Buyer’s Quote Checklist
To compare AI robotic massage equipment costs in Malaysia, ask for a written quote for the exact model and configuration, then separate the equipment price from setup and ongoing costs. A useful quote identifies what is included, what costs extra and what remains unconfirmed. This gives your spa or wellness team a clearer basis for comparing offers.
This checklist helps you request that information. It does not quote a machine price or promise that any particular service is included in an equipment package.

R1 Essential: confirm the selected model, configuration and package inclusions in your written quote.
Start with the exact machine and package
Ask the supplier to name the model, included applicators, modules, accessories and any optional upgrades. A series name or a photograph is not enough to establish that two offers cover the same equipment.
For example, R1 Essential is listed with finger simulation massage, heating, negative pressure and muscle release. F1 Radiance is a dedicated moxibustion system, without thermotherapy or RF massage. Their prices would relate to different configurations and intended service offerings.

Six things to put in your quotation request
Equipment and accessories. Request the exact model, condition, included heads and modules, quantities and itemised prices for optional additions. Ask whether the demonstration unit matches the configuration being quoted.
Delivery and access. Provide your postcode, floor level, lift or stair access and the route into the treatment room. Ask whether freight, insurance, unloading, positioning and any access-related charges are included.
Setup and handover. Ask who handles assembly, installation and operational checks, if required. Identify any preparation your premises needs and who pays for it. Record the expected delivery and handover arrangements in writing.
Operator education. Confirm whether equipment onboarding is included, how many people it covers and what it teaches. Ask about refresher sessions and additional staff. A separately advertised masterclass should not be assumed to be part of a machine package.
Ongoing use. Ask about required consumables, replacement items, maintenance, inspections and any software or connected-service charges. Request the charging basis and renewal terms where relevant; do not assume every model has a subscription.
Support and payment terms. Request written warranty coverage, exclusions, claim arrangements and any service charges. Confirm the total payable, applicable taxes, deposit or payment stages, quote validity and cancellation terms before committing.
For each item, ask the supplier to mark it included, separately priced, not applicable or unconfirmed. An unanswered question should stay visible in your comparison rather than being treated as free.
A simple total-cost worksheet
Choose one comparison period, such as your first 12 months. Use the same period and the same required configuration for every offer. Keep these three lines in your worksheet:
One-time acquisition and setup: equipment, selected options, delivery and any separately quoted installation, premises preparation or initial training.
Recurring costs: confirmed subscriptions, maintenance and other periodic charges over the chosen period.
Usage-dependent costs: consumables or replacement items, calculated using your stated usage assumptions.
Comparison total = one-time costs + recurring costs for the period + estimated usage-dependent costs. Add applicable taxes or other confirmed charges if they have not already been included. Avoid counting an included item twice.
Keep unpriced items in a separate “awaiting confirmation” list. Usage-dependent figures are estimates, so record the assumptions beside them. This worksheet compares expenditure; it does not predict customer demand, revenue or a payback date.
Check promotional pricing and PriceShield separately
ZEZE offers a temporary subsidised equipment promotion. Ask which models and configurations are currently eligible, how long the written quote remains valid and which package inclusions apply. Confirm the final payable amount before ordering.
When comparing another supplier’s offer, check the model and package details alongside the price. Read the current PriceShield terms for eligibility, required proof and claim timing. Keep your purchase documents and any comparison quote. Ask ZEZE to clarify any calculation or condition you do not understand before relying on the guarantee.
Buyer questions
Can I compare two robots using only their advertised prices?
An advertised price is a starting point. Compare the supplied configuration, included services, ongoing costs and written terms to understand what each offer covers.
Does a quote include delivery, installation and training?
Check the quote. These items may be included, separately charged or unavailable in a particular package. Request a written answer for your location and proposed setup.
Are masterclass instalments also available for equipment?
Do not assume they are. The published masterclass payment options relate to course fees. Ask for the payment terms of your equipment quotation separately.
What should I send when requesting a quote?
Share your business type, location, preferred model or functions, room and access details, and intended purchasing timeframe. Include questions about operator education and support.

Send ZEZE your shortlist and setup details so the team can discuss a suitable configuration and prepare the information you need to compare it.
