2. How do I buy a gift card?
Purchase directly from our official site at www.zezeintel.com/services. First, choose a treatment (Signature Headspa or Korean Flower Headspa) that best suits you. Second, select your preferred quantity and a receive date to complete checkout. You may leave a customized message to the recipient (optional).
3. How will I receive my gift card?
Digital Gift Card — delivered instantly to your email with a unique redemption code. The 'Receive Date' you have entered in the form is the date you will receive the gift card redemption code.
4. How do I redeem the gift card?
There are two ways to redeem: 1. Reach us on WhatsApp at: +6011 7001 6966 or email zezeintel@gmail.com 2. Head to any redeemable store locations and show the gift card code to the counter.
5. Where can I redeem the gift card?
Gift cards are redeemable only at authorized TTE ELEPHANT partner branches in Malaysia listed on our Gift Card page. For appointment you can email us at zezeintel@gmail.com.
6. How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be reissued or refunded.
7. What services are included?
- Signature Headspa — Includes scalp analysis, deep cleansing, and a soothing relaxation therapy. - Korean Flower Headspa — A luxurious floral-infused treatment designed for balance, relaxation, and scalp health
8. Can I choose the date and time of the session?
Yes, absolutely. Our gift card sessions are fully flexible — the recipient can choose any available date and time that suits them. We operate throughout the week, so they can book whenever it’s most convenient, directly through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp.
9. What if my gift card expires?
Each gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After that period, the code will automatically expire and can no longer be redeemed. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and location at either our Mid Valley (KL) or Johor branch. If you need help checking your expiry date, feel free to contact us.
10. Can I get a refund?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
11. Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?
Yes, gift cards are transferable as gifts. However, ZEZE INTEL and TTE ELEPHANT are not responsible for unauthorized use if the code is shared.
12. Can I use this gift card in KL or PJ?
Yes — the gift card is fully redeemable at our location in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur and Mount Austin , Johor. Many of our customers from across the Klang Valley, including PJ, Bangsar, Cheras, and more, visit our Mid Valley location for their sessions.
13. If I buy 3 sessions in one receipt, do I really get 1 free?
Yes! When you purchase 3 sessions in one transaction, you’ll automatically receive 1 extra session for free. All paid gift cards have unique codes that is sent via email. To redeem the free session, just show your e-receipt at the counter. Use it for yourself or gift it to someone else — all sessions are redeemable at Mid Valley (KL) or Johor.
14. Will I receive separate codes for each session, including the free one?
You’ll receive unique codes for the 3 paid sessions via email. The free session does not have a separate code — it’s redeemed by simply showing your e-receipt at the counter as proof of your 3-session purchase. This way, each paid session can still be gifted or booked individually, while the free one stays flexible for your own use or to share.
15. How do I redeem the FREE session?
Show your e-receipt to the counter at either Mid Valley (Klang Valley) or Johor stores and you will successfully redeem your session.
